Terms of Use
Cross Skills, crossskills.in. Last updated 20 September 2026.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of crossskills.in (the "site"). Cross Skills is a brand of Resourcian Systems Private Limited (CIN U62090DL2026PTC465742), a private company registered in India with its registered office in New Delhi. The full details are at resourcian.com/company. "We" and "us" mean the company.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
What the site is
The site describes our skill-building programmes: workshops, online courses, Corporate Catalyst, College Skill Hub and courses across foreign languages, technical skills, finance, photography, digital marketing, art, music, public speaking, UI/UX and content writing. It also carries our blog, events and career pages.
The site is information about what we offer. It is not an offer that you can accept by registering, and registering interest through a form does not create a contract or reserve a place.
Programmes and enrolment
Programme content, dates, batches and delivery mode change from time to time and are confirmed to you in writing before you enrol. A place is yours only once we have confirmed it in writing and, where a fee applies, you have paid it.
Workshops and courses give you skills and knowledge. We do not guarantee a job, a grade, an income or any other outcome.
Fees, payment and refunds
- Fees. The fee for a programme is confirmed to you in writing, in Indian rupees unless we say otherwise, before you pay. The fee on that confirmation is the fee you pay.
- No refunds once enrolled. Once you have enrolled and paid, the fee is not refundable, including if you cancel, miss sessions or cannot attend.
- If we cancel or reschedule. If we cancel a programme, or move it to a date you cannot attend, you can choose a full refund of what you paid or a free transfer to another programme.
- Mistakes. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference.
- Corporate and college programmes. Fees, payment and cancellation for Corporate Catalyst, College Skill Hub and other institutional programmes are set out in the written agreement for that programme, which wins over these terms.
- Your legal rights. This section does not take away any right you have under consumer law.
To ask about a fee or a refund, email support@crossskills.in.

Our content
The text, design, logo, images and code of this site, and the materials we give to learners, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Anything beyond that, including recording, reselling or republishing course material, needs our written permission. The Cross Skills name and logo are ours.
Forms, applications and emails
If you register, apply for an internship or job, or write to us, you keep the rights to what you send. You give us permission to use it to reply, to place you in a programme and to assess your application, as our Privacy Policy describes. Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment or an internship.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including Google Forms and social media platforms. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will be error-free, always available or free of harmful components, and information on it may go out of date. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or tax advice, including the pages on finance and related courses.
Limit of our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on what it says. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to INR 10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful default, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Suspending access
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, and we may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have under law to bring a claim where you live or work, including your rights as a consumer, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms.
