Privacy Policy
Cross Skills, crossskills.in. Last updated 20 September 2026.
Who we are
Cross Skills is a brand of Resourcian Systems Private Limited (CIN U62090DL2026PTC465742), a private company registered in India with its registered office in New Delhi. The full company details are at resourcian.com/company. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the company, and "the site" means crossskills.in.
This policy explains what personal information we handle when you use the site, register for a programme or apply for an internship or job, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Questions go to support@crossskills.in.
What we handle, and why
The site describes our workshops, courses and training programmes. It has no accounts and no online payments. Registrations and applications run through Google Forms.
| When you... | What we handle | Why | Who holds it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Open any page | Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the time, recorded in the server logs of our web host | To deliver the site, keep it secure and fix faults | Hostinger, our web host |
| Fill in the registration form | Your full name, phone number, email address, city and state, the three skills you want to learn, an optional description of what you are looking for, how you heard about us, whether you are interested in internships or employment, and a referral code | To contact you about the skills you chose, place you in workshops or courses, and credit whoever referred you | Google Forms, and our own records |
| Apply for an internship or a job | The details the application form asks for, which normally include your name, contact details, education or experience and the role you want. The form may ask for a CV or résumé | To assess your application and contact you about it | Google Forms, and our own records |
| Use "Have a Question?" | Your name, email address and message | To reply to you | Your email app first, then our mailbox |
| Email hello@crossskills.in or support@crossskills.in | Your name, email address and what you write | To reply | Our mailbox |
The "Have a Question?" form does not send anything to our servers. When you press its button, your own email app opens with a message addressed to us, and nothing reaches us until you send it.
How we use your details
We use the details you give us to reach you about what you asked for: to call, message or email you about the skills you chose, workshop dates, batches, programme details and internship or job openings. If you would rather we stopped, tell us and we will stop. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to what you asked.
Cookies and tracking
Our own servers set no cookies. We use no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no embedded video players. Three things around the site can handle information, and you should know about them:
- Google Forms. When you open a registration or application form, Google collects and stores your answers for us, and Google's privacy policy applies to that form.
- Links out. The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Telegram and Google, including Google reviews. Each has its own policy, which applies once you follow the link.
- Sign-in to Google. Google Forms may offer to sign you in to save your progress. That is optional, and it is between you and Google.
Who else handles your information
We share personal information only with the providers we need to run the site and our records, and with the instructors or partner institutions delivering a programme you have signed up for, and then only what they need for that purpose. We may also disclose information where a court, regulator or law enforcement body legally requires it. Our providers may process information on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you give us, including registrations, applications, enrolment records and emails, until you ask us to delete it. Where the law requires us to delete it sooner, or to keep it longer, such as company and tax records, we follow the law. Server logs are kept for as long as our web host keeps them.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and access to our mailbox, form responses and records is limited to the people who need it. Please do not put passwords or bank details into any form. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection. We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold, and we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information of yours we hold and why;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- stop contacting you, or withdraw a consent you gave us.
Email support@crossskills.in with your request. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, email our grievance contact at support@crossskills.in with "Privacy grievance" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within one month.
Children
Our programmes are for adults and college-age learners. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to complete the registration form for you, and do not send us your details yourself. If we learn that we hold information about a child that a parent or guardian did not provide, we will delete it.
The law we follow
We handle personal information in line with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
